Summer dress / tunic or bathing suit cover up

Lightweight summer dress that could double as a bathing suit cover up. Sheer material with inner lining, and cute strap detail at the top. I have four available, all XL. See second photo for available colors. The cut would fit best on someone with a large bust. I am a 36C bust and the top of the dress was baggy on me (the hip area was also tight on me, so it would fit best on hips 40” or smaller). I’m happy to provide more info, just ask! Open to all offers.
