Summer dress with adjustable straps

Great yellow/green/coral summer dress from Maurice’s. Size medium. See images for approx measurements. Keep in mind the waist is elastic so that’s an unstretched measurement. Straps are adjustable. Like new. I only wore it once for a shower and it no longer fits.
