Summer dress/beach cover up Medium to Small. Stretchy colorful

Summer dress or beach cover up. Small to Medium. Bold beautiful colorful. It’s very stretchy and can be rolled up tiny for travel. This was bought years ago, rarely worn (I prefer shorts at the beach to cute dresses and cover ups). It is either from Anthropologie or a beachside boutique at the Delaware shore; I can’t remember. Oh so comfy. Stretchy material (see care tag in pics). There is a tiny hole in the back of the garment near shoulder bland, pointed out in one of the pics and in the 15 second video. I’m too lazy to see it closed :). Cruise wear, tropical, coverup, stretchy.
