Summer floral Dress

Capped sleeve summer dress. Alternating wide solid and sheer horizontal stripes across entire dress. Navy with yellow and white flowers. Top portion is gathered crepe fabric (photo 8) in tone on tone navy, skirt is alternating solid and sheer fabric. Attached solid slip. Fitted bodice and round skirt. See photos 3,4,11 for color, 12 and 13 for noted imperfections. Measured flat 13.5” ptp, 36” from shoulder to bottom hem, 11” waist.
