Summer flowy boutique flower dress!

This is a super flowy flower dress. Great for holiday somewhere warm or great with cowboy boots. Got it at a nyc soho boutique store. You can see in the last photo there's a bit of a cloth slip almost to make sure it's not see through. This also makes it a super flowy dress!
