Summer knit Dress

Stretch knit summer dress with cross over padded empire gathered waist. Black plastic circles on straps. Turquoise blue, black, and off white colors. pit to pit 17” across flat, length 44.5”. Good used condition, note the 1 small spot just above left plastic hoop on shoulder.
