This Made in the USA casual skirt is 98% cotton, 2% Lycra. It has a functional tie on the front with a hidden one-button closure. 17.5” long in the front and 18” long in the back. Please Note: It is listed as a size 8, but would fit a size 6 best, in my opinion. Dry clean only.
