Summer smocked top by Danielrainn. Flowing and soft

Smocked top with bell sleeve and great trim detail. Muted blue stripe with touch of orange on white looks great with jeans! Fully lined. Fabric and lining 100% rayon. Care recommends dry clean but I washed in cool water and touched up with iron. Medium measures chest 20” pit to pit and 24” length
