Fun black/white flower dress with bolero. Double lining on top w/breast pads. Straps held in place by buttons. 97% cotton & 3% spandex w/100% polyester on top. Thick black border trip top and bottom. Bolero 70% rayon & 30% nylon. Hand wash or dry clean.
