Summer strapless dress

This is a short, strapless dress that is light blue, dark blue, white, green and a touch of teal. In great used condition. I‘ve worn it for a night out and on a cruise. Size Small. Length is 27”, across the top is 14.5”, Elasticized high waist is 12“ across and stretches to 17“ across. For an idea of fit, when I wore it, I was 118 lbs. I am 5’5” and wear a 34DD. I still had room in it.
