Summer sun dress from Windsor

Bought as a dress, but it is awfully short! I’m under 5’ and it’s still short so beware!! If you’re on the taller side, it could also be worn as a shirt! It has a beautiful floral print and really nice woven chest part. The straps are long but safety pins are an easy fix!!! It also ties around the back for your comfort! Very very cute and rare style!
