summer wrap skirt with a matching crop halter top. this is a true wrap skirt with a side bow and the halter top has a keyhole design in the front with stretch in the back for more room and the bow halter also adjusts. very cute tropical pattern with oranges gives a very retro feel. fabric is breathable and Light for warmer summer days or late spring. you can always mix and match the top and skirt with other items. these are both brand new items and the top has a tag.
