Summery Flower Halter Top for Festivals I bought this super cute halter top to wear to a music festival, but when I got it I ripped the tags off, then tried it on, and it did not fit my chest (34A). I have held off on letting this one go because I held onto hope that I would be able to wear it (I can't). It has never been worn. It slips over the head to rest on the neck and ties in the back.
