Summery polka dot dress/beach cover up

Flowy dress with an adorable polka dot pattern. Perfect for a trip to the beach (if this summer was normal). Tie at front with off the shoulder stretchy sleeves. Fun slits at the sides. A maxi dress-esque fit if you're short like me. I'm 5'1 and it hits at my ankle. Bought last summer and worn twice. Excellent condition!
