Supple richly colored raisin suede cutaway blazer with beautiful details. Full collar and lapels frame the face, single loop button closure. Seven functioning loop buttons in each sleeve can be open and cuffed or left buttoned. Delicate crocheted inserts on side help shape the jacket. Excellent condition . Like new as only worn once or twice. Perfect length. Distinctive European styling from Mertillo. Measures 19" armpit to armpit, 16" across back, 23" sleeves, 21.5" under collar to hem.

Welcome back! Hope you had a great trip! You mention above the jacket measures 16" across the back. Does this jacket measure 17 or more across the front?

@secretmarvels Be happy to check. You can get an idea of fit from mannequin. If you were to button jacket, the closure is between bust and belly button which makes the fit flexible. I'll measure as best I can as there isn't suede all the way across.

@secretmarvels Hi Lesley. Just remeasured the jacket for you. The 16" measurement is across the shoulders. From armpit to armpit it measures 19" front and back. The button has a single loop closure of about an inch. It's certainly a special piece with beautiful details.

@secretmarvels Good idea. I bought the jacket because of the details but ultimately felt it was too big for me. I usually just think of measuring shoulder span but I'll add this in. I will say that the jacket may fit like a medium but not anywhere near a large.
