Sun Hat with Polka Dot Bow

Black with black & white polka dot band and bow in the back. Brim is 4” all around. Bow size is 9” across at widest part horizontally and approx. 5-1/4” at widest part vertically. Measures 21” around inside and has built-in adjustable strings for a good fit. Purchased in The French Quarter in New Orleans. Never worn. Great condition.
