Sun & Shadow Green Tiered Off-the-Shoulder Blouse XS

Sun & Shadow green tiered off-the-shoulder blouse with ruffle tiers, plus smocking at the sleeves and slight belled cuffs. It's slightly transparent, but not an issue if you're wearing a nude colored bra imo. This is a Nordstrom brand. Blogger fav, ASO Caitlin (cmcoving) of Southern Curls and Pearls. Condition: Good, but please note the tassles are a little scraggly at parts (see last photo). Measurements: Size is XS but it can fit a S or M as the waist is loose (about 19" pit to pit, 22" across the waist).
