Hand painted Las Vegas Fear and Loathing Beach Sun Hat. Small! Sits on top of head but scalp doesn’t fit “ in “ the hat. When worn the straps with feathers and skull beads holds hat in place on head. A few tiny chips in the straw which can’t be helped. It’s hand painted on straw hat. Outside painted. Underside of hat not painted at all. The stone sewn on top is dyed agate.
