This beautiful blue halter dress was handcrafted in Bali for one of my favorite stores on Long Beach Island called Sun Dog. The owner of this store travels the world looking for unique pieces, choosing fabric and colors and designs to have one of a kind items created for her store. I fell in love with this dress, never had the opportunity to wear, and simply gained too much weight to fit in it anymore. Fits like a S. Never worn. Detailed photos show the beadwork and gold designs.

I'm in ❤️....do you happen to know the measurements? I'm short and busty so most things fit me odd. I think in my own mind I'm taller than I really am..lol

I’m 5’5”, so average. Lol The measurement from pit to pit is 13”. The back is entirely elastic though and has a ton of stretch.
The length from the armpit area to the hemline is 25”.
