Sundance Floral Velvet Lined Jacket

Collar and pockets are lined with a soft floral printed velvet. Jacket is made of a butter soft blue material. Drawstring at the bottom of the jacket and waist, zipper and snap at the shoulder so it can be changed to have a cow neck look.
