Pullover. Bust is about 36" around with about 30" around at waist and 50" at hip due to A-Line shape skirt. Dress is 49 to 54" tall depending on hemline. Possibly vintage, seems a bit small for 10 so use measurements as a guide. Really pretty pattern.
