Chest/breast is 40", from shoulder seam to hem 24", sleeve length is 26 inches when laid flat.

Also, there is an opening from the front button down to the bottom of the dark blue lace which I gently stitched up so as not to show a much cleavage for work. However, this is very easy to undo without any markings whatsoever. The photos show it in its current state which is closed up. It has barely been worn and is in very good condition. If you purchase it and prefer it with the opening, I can return it to its original state for you. I have experience in professional sewing/alterations.
