🧡💜Sundress, Back Cutout, Pockets& Drawstring

Cowl neck, lower back cutout, black dress with burnt orange, royal purple and white dots. Drawstring waist with bow tie off. (tag says navy orange and ivory) 100% polyester, light and very airy. The top part of the back hangs down loose while the skirt portion is cinched by elastic. I put a piece of purple cardbord in it to show where its actually cut out at.
