Sundress Size M Blue w/ Floral Background

Sundress Size M navy blue with gold and fuschia flowers, sleeveless, pullover the head, button down but buttons do not unbutton, flair bottom, 47 inches from neck to hem, no inside tag so I don't know the fabric, purchased from a bazaar while in India a couple years ago, cut the hang tag at that time but never wore it. I think there's some rayon and cotton.
