Just lovely dressed up or down. Waist laid flat 13.75" with lots of stretch. Bought this for myself but when I went to wear it foe the first time I realized it is just too tight. It is forgiving with the elastic waist, but not quite enough. I am an 8/10 in bottoms and this was the only size available.
