Sunflower cut out dress

Loft dress. Has sunflower cut outs for the top layer and is lined with a silk spaghetti strapped layer. Has a zipper that clasps at the top. Size 2P. Would fit well on someone with smaller hips. I am pear shaped and the bottom was very tight around my hips.
