This skirt is a pull on design with an elastic waist. The beautiful paisley print fabric and the full liner are both silk. The printed top layer is sheer and the solid liner provides coverage. The liner does have a band of fabric attached to the hem designed to fall several inches below the top layer. Please note, silk is dry clean only. This skirt is extremely light weight (silk character trait). New, never worn. Waist - Comfortable stretch 28" - 36" Waist to hem - 30" Hip - 44"
