Sunsets New Kitchen Cabinet Cook Book 1938 First Edition Cookbook Spiral

This is  a vintage cookbook covering a wide variety of general cooking methods, foods and recipes from the folks at Sunset Magazine. Recipes were first submitted by readers, then tested at the magazine's headquarters. This spiral bound soft cover book (spiral binding is actually metal rings) is a 1st edition, and first printing of that edition, printed in 1938. The book has a variety of recipes (for instance dessert, main dish and veg on the same page, no table of contents, but has a very well organized index to help you find specific recipes. PAGES: 235 VINTAGE: 1938 CONDITION: The edges and corners of cover show some wear, rub marks, bent corners, etc, page edges also have some wear and some have some small tears at edge. Pages have darkened slightly. Some pages at the back of the book, including index pages are completely torn from spiral.
