These pants are labeled large but fit like a medium, likely a size 10. Side zipper, embroidery detail. Fabric has a faint design underneath the brown color (see photos). Wide legs with pleating under the knees. Super stylish. I have never seen another pair like this anywhere. In excellent condition with no flaws.

So, waist is 17 in. across (34 total inches), rise is 11 in. in front and more in back (see photos). And finally, length is 39 in. from waist to bottom hem.
