Super Cool Van’s Dress! Vintage like NEW!

Okay not much particulars about this dress, material, special measurements etc., but a great story! In NYC 1990’s I’m going to grocery and stop at this funky, boutique like store. I see this and had no idea about Van’s Off The Wall but loved this. Was very expensive for that time, I remember that!!! Shop lady tells me it was a fairly new line and the dress I chose was designed with help from the designer Valentino! Said he came to her shop with a few of his pet pugs? I said, I have to have it!!!
