@b_stehlik hi there! I don’t usually take business off of the app bc it makes things riskier for me on my end, but are you not able to see the pictures in the post okay? I have 7 pictures there— are you able to see any of them? I only ever use this app on my phone and it works just fine for me. Do you use an iPhone or Android? I’d like to help but just want to figure out what the problem is first bc I’m a little bit confused

@b_stehlik and no, no rips or anything on it. I only wore it like one time after making that initial design, so it’s in almost new condition, with no flaws in the necklace or the materials for making designs.
