Super Cute Little Porcelain Mugs With a Boy and Girl in Western Wear

They are absolutely adorable. Their faces are so sweet and they reminded me of the Campbell Soup Kids or the faces painted by Dolly Dingle. However, they are neither. Their faces are sweet and they are wearing western outfits. I am thinking they were a souvenir item from Texas because they have Texas on the mugs. The painter signed both and her name is Potter. They have what appears to be probably 18K gold on the rim and the handle. The gold appears to be in great condition with little wear noted on the rims and none on the handles. The cups are clean with no chips, cracks, stir stains, or stains. They are beautiful porcelain but thin porcelain. They measure 2 inches at opening and 2 inches tall.
