Brand new without tags (BNWOT) - Never worn or tried on. When originally purchased, no brand was listed and it was the wrong size. It's supposedly 70% Cotton and 30% Rayon and feels lightweight. It is listed as a size Medium but it will probably fit someone who wears a size Small. It's really pretty... Red and Navy Blue Plaid with gold plastic stud buttons. As seen in pictures, it is a dress that has a strap at waist that you can tie and flows out at the bottom. **Make an offer** 😊❤️

lepandarawr Hi @mkz_wang! The bust is approx 16" across and roughly 14.5/15" across for the waist. Keep in mind, it would prob fit great on a petite frame. Also, the loose waist belt can help cinch in the waist area more if need be. From shoulder to the base of the dress, it is around 32". The sleeves (shoulder to end of sleeve) is 19" so its more of a 3/4 sleeve style. It really is a great dress. Very light.

mkz_wang Would it fit someone who is usually a 34a sometimes a 34b? And if you don’t mind me asking, is the price negotiatable?

lepandarawr 34a should fit. Theres an extra inch or so (as seen in pic 3) that looks like a 34b could work. If unsure, a cami tank can be worn underneath. It can be worn as a cute dress or with leggings. Whatever you prefer. If you're interested, feel free to make an offer. Ill be happy to answer any further questions you may have. 😊
