Super Cute Ruffle Black and Purple Dress

This is a Fishbowl dress from Macy's size small. The dress is black on top with a small layered ruffle at the neckline. The bottom is a rich pum purple with two thick black stripes lining the bottom. The fabric on top is a thin, light jersey and the bottom is also thin cotton. The back side has rouching on the waist of the skirt to add some stretch. Comes from a pet friendly home!
