Super Cute Strapless Dress- Tyche Brand

This is very small so would be best for a petite or smaller framed woman. There is no size on it. So I would say XS to SMALL. Brand is Tyche. I am guessing this can be worn as a top with black paints as well. There is a small slit in the front. Measurements. 30 in top to bottom, 14 in at elastic waist (smallest part), 19.5 in from fabric in the hip across. The elastic on top portion is a bit stretched or wider, so might need a cute clip to snug it behind or tailored, or if you are wider or bustier at top and small in waist and hip then it is perfect.
