Super HTF Eliza J brocade sheath dress with ruffle v neck

Bought this dress a few years ago at Saks for a last minute summer party. Worn it to five other events/parties because it receives so many compliments. Sadly I’ve worn it to almost everything so it’s time to let someone else enjoy. Sheath dress Brocade type pattern V neckline with small ruffle - so flattering and interesting Modest but still fun!
