Super Heroes Custom wide brim felt hat OS burned and painted

Original hat made by The Hat Lady. burned and painted design. Inside hat opening about 23", there are ties to pull to make smaller and it will stretch out some too. Felt hat can be reshaped with steam. Great for Coachella or any approaching events. Diameter of hat is roughly 15". Brim is 4" tall and about 7" front to back.
