I'm glad you find it as gorgeous as I do, @gigi1960! Yes it does fit true to size. It's a true medium. I do know what you're referring to with the North Face vest sizes. If that's the size you wear in place of a medium, this should fit you even more perfectly than that. Thanks for visiting my closet!

@gigi1960 , again, thank you for the measuring template. I've even double checked the Northface sizing charts for women's Jackets/Vests. This fits a perfect middle ground between their large and medium for the hips and chest. And, as you can probably tell from the picture, the waist is less fitted than Nprth Face tends to make it.
