Like New stretchy fitted dress with waist cutouts. Size M/L from Bebe, but if you want to wear it less fitted, I think a size 4 would fit well? Selling for a friend who ranges from a size 4-8. Was never worn but no tags. Thick material with a texture that is flattering for curves. Good for petite. Not see through. Firm stretch.

Also want to note that the color is more like the turquoise first image from Bebe. I think the coloring in my photos is slightly off!
