Super Unique Handmade Floppy Top Hat

I used to collect hats and am trying to shed some items to clear up clutter in our house. I love this one but it needs a new home. The print materiel is a cotton blend if some sort — woven not knit/stretch and the green bands feel like a felted wool. The inside is lined with a contrasting woven cotton feeling material. Size is small — my head is 22” and it fits a little loosely. The style is floppy — like a floppy too hat.
