Length : 11.5”
Waist: laying flat is 16”, my waist (where I wear them, as normal pants/shorts would sit at your hipbones) I’m ~32”

If I wear them up higher at my belly button, I am ~29”, so then I use the drawstring and tie them tighter :) hope this helps!
