Super comfortable black Merona dress w/tie waist

This dress has a beautiful vintage-inspired neckline. The sleeves are 3/4 length and it has a tie waist. There is only one “belt loop” for the tie (it’s made that way). The tie and loop, as well as the rest of the dress, are in tact. It’s a polyester and spandex blend and would easily fit a size small.
