Super cool, mod-style mini dress NWOT

I got this dress from ModCloth and absolutely love it, however, I have a very long torso and in just doesn't fit me perfectly. It is so quirky and stylish though. The colors are awesome! The top part of the dress is a simple black cotton/poly soft shirt. This would look sweet with tall black boots!
