TOBI brand never worn, this blazer is so cool and needs to be shown off. It’s a velvety material with a beautiful orange and gold print. The sleeves are full length and have a really cool tie detail where they connect to the bodice.
Blazer is cropped length and fits like an XS.

Is it true to size, snug, or possibly a bit oversized?
Or, do you know what waist and shoulder size it would fit?

@bearspirit333 It's definitely not oversized. I'm 5'5" and 120lbs and it's snug on me, a little too small honestly. It's a true XS in size. The shoulder measurements aren't exact because of the laced element, it can give a little either way..
