Super cute 90's/Y2K mesh accents mini dress

Like new, flawless, super cute Vtg dress complete with mesh accents with the classic 90's key hole opening below the neck clasp. The color is absolutely beautiful. It's royal blue with deep purple undertones. Don't be fooled by the extra underlay this baby is short! Pls refer to pics for measurements. I'm only 5"4 and it was way too short and too tight on me. For reference I'm a size 4/S and a 34 C. I'd recommend this for someone tiny, under 5"3. It fits like a size 2/XS. Pls follow me as I have a lot of great vintage items I'll be consistently posting.
