Chambray blue -- sleeves can be worn long or buttoned to half sleeves. It's sheer, so you'll need a cami underneath. Gathered just slightly at the hem. I absolutely love this one, but not my size anymore. Like new condition. Light enough for summer, or put it under a jacket this fall.
