Super cute Leith gray cowl neck sweater

Super comfy sweater Size small Used/previously worn Issues: •Many/most of the seams making the cuffs at the end of the sleeves have ripped- so it’s left the sleeves kind of lopsided. It might be wise to cut the remaining seams so that the sweater is uncuffed •I don’t know if this is an issue, but the neck part is confusing to me?
