🌸🌺Super cute V-neck flouncy dress 🌺🌸

Incredibly flattering v-neck and back with tie on back! This has been a go-to in my closet for so many occasions! It is in excellent condition, but is missing the belt (still has the thin thread loops). Tag was cutout, but I think it fits as a 10-12. The waist measures 17.5/18 across (are photo).
