Super cute and versatile blouse.

Fun light blue with white floral print. Size M, fits more like a L. Great for tucking in, putting a belt on or leaving out. Smocking is stretchy. Sleeve are 3/4 length. Is meant to be oversized look. 100% Rayon. Washes in machine beautifully. I love it so much that when I lost weight, I bought another one in smaller size. Purchased at a Western clothing store. Pit to pit 22”, length shoulder to hem 27”.
