Super cute and wicked comfy

Has what I call antique red white and blue stripes. It’s not the true red white and blue…it’s toned down. It’s labeled a medium and the material feels like an imitation crepe, wrinkle free. It has a plain silhouette, with a ruffled feminine flair at the shoulder, two side pockets and a tie trying. I like to tie my behind, as picture, rather than wrap around and tied in the front.
